For this example it was expressed that they ordered salads not necessarily because they like it so much over other things but rather it\u2019s often the cheapest option.<\/p>\n<p>This topic came up because there was a child that that was secretly throwing away her food as she didn\u2019t want to finish it.  That then turned into a conversation on how the adult was trying to get the child to understand that it costs a lot of money to give them things to eat for them to just throw it away.  Funny enough the child seemed to think a bit more when they saw throwing the food away as literally throwing away money as if it was theirs.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s an interesting thought as even for myself when people treat me to things such as a restaurant I tend to want to order the cheapest stuff as possible as I value their money as if it was my own as well.
