Merry Christmas everyone. Funny enough I had to do some shopping today as I was told all of the Christmas cooks needed more corn starch as they forgot to buy some. One hilarious thing was that it was insisted that I could just drop by the mall and shop there. I did it just for giggle to prove my hunch to them as sure enough the mall was closed.
However, usually I find during holidays most of the Asian markets are still open. Sure enough it was and I was able to buy what was needed. The lineups were pretty long too. It makes me think how business wise many times people take the day off like everyone else. However, there are those who open for a period of time still as business is business I guess you can say.
