Just Scheduling For Service Cancellation To Get The Best Retention Deal

Normally when you want to get a better deal from your service provider phoning into a loyalty and retentions line is the way to go where if you express how others are offering a great deal they will most likely try and give you a better deal than what you are getting to hopefully keep you as a customer. It costs way more money to attract a new customer versus keeping the ones that companies already have. It seems recently though these retention departments are getting pickier where they don’t truly offer people the best deals or claim there is no loyalty deal.

With that though, what does work many times though if you want a better deal is to actually be prepared to move and request for service cancellation. Usually within a few days you will start getting calls or messages from the company offering you its best deals as they know they only have a limited amount of time to keep you with them. I would guess too that they just assume a lot of people say they will leave but won’t actually do it.

It’s a lot easier than constantly trying o phone in and negotiating for a better rate as this makes it so that they have to hurry and contact you instead. I might actually have to do this soon too for certain services. But the important thing is it works.
