So recently I have been thinking about helping a junk removal company to market its business online and the one of the big reason this got me interested is because you may all know I recently had a bad experience with another company where it seemed like they were focused in telling people that the workload is “more than expected” like the very last minute and so they then try to get people to pay more.
I can see how so many people simply pay the fee without really checking. The funny thing was, this bad consumer experience in a way if you think about it created competition for them. That’s not exactly something you would think huh? In my opinion, this is worst then simply leaving a negative feedback as well. That is just one of the many reasons you should focus in creating a satisfied customer as opposed to worrying about getting every dollar out of people.
