Having Thank You Notes

I was looking at some companies today and how they processed transactions online. There was kind of an interesting point where people were wondering why one company had so much more repeat sales. You’d think maybe it would be about prices for example. However, one little point was that in the checkout message they actually thanks the customer for their business and such where others didn’t.

Sounds like something so simple huh? Basically just going back to the basics of being a people business. I guess you can say money isn’t always everything and that having the lowest prices isn’t always the answer to everything too.
