It’s like everywhere I look there are job advertisement for the 2010 Winter Olympics ranging from promotional reps to event technicians. The interesting thing was that I am actually kind of interested in being involved in this event in some way as opposed to just a bystander. Not only that, I think the city is pretty much going to shutdown, figuratively speaking, when the Olympics start here for a lot of business that don’t revolve around hospitality and tourism.

I was actually thinking of doing something else too such as documenting the madness that is going to happen. But, I thought that would only be fun if I had a group of other people who wanted to do something like that. I’m interested in seeing the creative things that some entrepreneurs will do to capitalize on the event too.
